Warzone Eternal: Core Rulebook

Warzone Eternal is a fast-playing skirmish  miniatures game in which players collect a force representing one of the factions locked in struggle across countless warzones - the powerful megacorporations of Bauhaus, Capitol, Cybertronic, Imperial, and Mishima, the hordes of necrobionic warriors of Algeroth, the Dark Legion Apostle of War, or humanity's mystic warriors of the Light, the Brotherhood. Through scenario-driven battles, players will engage in the constant covert, or not so covert, fight for supremacy amongst the megacorporations or the never-ending battle against the darkness to preserve humanity - or destroy it.

Warzone Eternal gameplay is fast and engaging.  Played on a 3 foot by 3 foot table with forces of 10-20 models (though you may of course play smaller or larger games), combatants get to grips with each other quickly, eliminating turns spent maneuvering just to get into range.

As with classic Warzone mechanics, each game turn consists of players alternating activations of the units in their force, with each unit able to perform a number of different actions during their activation. To represent the skirmish level focus of the game and the heroic possibilities of every combatant, most models will activate and operate independently. Only the most raw foot soldier or the mindless undead are activated in groups - but even then each model is able to act independent of the other models in that group.

In addition, Warzone Eternal introduces a reaction system, offering players a limited range of actions that can be performed in response to the actions of their opponent. The result is a constantly engaging game where no player sits idle awaiting the completion of another player's turn.

With a broad assortment of special abilities and a variety of weaponry to represent the iconic armaments of the Mutant Chronicles universe, you will have a rich range of different unit types from which to build your force - even just from the Faction Starter Boxes available through this Kickstarter campaign.

Scenario-driven gameplay helps further define the narrative experience, with objectives that go beyond simply eliminating your opponent's force - though that's a perfectly fine way to play the game as well!
